Ida Carter is the hospital administrator at Anderson Mill Animal Clinic. A native of Sherman, Ida has worked in the animal care field since 1969. She moved back to Texas two years ago from Sacramento, California, where she worked as a hospital administrator/technician for a two-doctor day practice for 11 years and at a six-doctor 24-hour practice for 16 years. She is an active member of the Veterinary Hospital Managers Association, as well as the local chapter of the VHMA. Prior to becoming a manager, she worked for many years as a technician before pursuing a degree in business. Ida shares her home with a Bengal named Jack and a Himalayan named Sheba. In her spare time, she can be found in her greenhouse tending to her orchids and spending as much time possible with her daughters and grandchildren.

Office manager Renee Houseman joined the Anderson Mill team in 1990. Originally from New Hampshire, Renee attended the University of Texas, where she majored in Chemistry. She shares her home with two dogs, Bonnie and Clyde.

Receptionist Lara Pinson hails from Moscow, Idaho and joined the Anderson Mill team in 2007. She attended the University of Idaho and received her Bachelor's Degree in Art and Graphic Design in 2002. Lara's animal companions include two dogs, Nick and Mr. Wigglesworth, a lizard named Tiki and a cockatiel named The Dread Pirate Roberts.

Receptionist Kristen Goodman-Kattner has worked with clients and their pets at Anderson Mill Animal Clinic since 2007. Born in Colorado but raised in Texas, Kristen attended Stephen F. Austin State University and majored in Social Work. Her animal companions include Kiera, a cat, and Tanner, a very spoiled Cocker Spaniel who loves going to the lake.

Tabitha Ann Giles has been a receptionist at Anderson Mill Animal Clinic since 2007. A native of Ithaca, NY, Tabitha enjoys working with clients and their pets and shares her home with two cats, Kit-Kat and Walter, and a rabbit named BeBop.

A receptionist at Anderson Mill since 2006, Merranda Childers hails from Houston and has worked in the animal care field for more than three years. In her spare time, she keeps busy creating original quilts and fostering homeless animals. It's hard to keep count of the numbers of baby birds, kittens and opossums that are safe and happy because of her care. Her home is filled with pets, including cats Bubba, Thomas, Bentil, and Stink, a sparrow named Chirpy and a morning dove named Normal.
